strong, environmentally safe, with
"liberty and justice for all." Located primarily in Southwest and
Northwest Atlanta, District 5 covers
38,348 acres (90% inside the City of
Atlanta) and is bordered by Paces Ferry
Road/West Wesley Road to the North,
Fulton Industrial Blvd. to the West,
Cascade Road/Campbellton Road to the
South, and Joseph Lowery Blvd./Lenox
Road to the East. The population of
District 5 is 162,912 (2000 Census). If
