2-26-10: Senior Adults/Caregivers

Enhancements: Human Services Grant Program Senior Housing             $375,000

Purpose: To help seniors remain in their homes by expanding existing services or the delivery of services not currently being provided.

Categories

The following sub-categories have been added to the 2010-2011 Human Services (Aging) category: Housing Programs Residential Modifications Utility Assistance and Emergency Rental Assistance

Senior Transportation                                                                                       $375,000

Purpose: Accessible, reliable and affordable options essential for health care services cultivating a social network and maintaining independence and general well-being.

The following sub-categories have been added to the 2010-2011 Human Services Grant Application (Aging) Category: Voucher Transportation Transport Boarding and Assistance Service One-Way Passenger Trips Vehicle Up-grade Maintenance
