Board of
Tax Appraisers....
The mission of the Board of Assessors is to prepare a
fair and equitable real and personal property tax digest annually, pursuant to
Georgia State Law and all applicable State Regulations.
The tax digest is the value of all real and personal
property in the county. Properties are assessed at 40% of fair market value.
Each member of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners nominates an individual
to serve on the Board of Assessors.
